After 1495, Florence decided to consolidate the walls of Montepulciano and build the fortified bastion of Porta al Prato entrusting the project to Antonio da Sangallo. Our delicatessen shop is located in the gatehouse of such building, here you can eat a sandwich, taste a delicatessen board full of delicacies, or enjoy a good glass of wine. You can buy Tuscan specialties to take home with you as a souvenir of a pleasant trip to Italy. Walking through a short vaulted corridor, you will find yourself in our Osteria. Then you will find the Enoteca, a welcoming environment where you can appreciate fine labels.

Before sitting at the table, you can taste some of our wines guided by our expert staff and choose the wine you like most for your dishes. Our Enoteca is a kind of earthly Paradise in the course of Montepulciano for wine lovers and Bacchus is at home here. In our wine bar you can find labels of wines sought with great passion.

Here, the medieval environment accompanies us back in time, in the time of the Etruscans and, below, the rarest bottles rest in ravines in the rock of Montepulciano, ancient mounds that become cisterns and then cellars.
